Objective: To map the risks related to the administration of antineoplastic chemotherapy in the hospital context. Method: Scoping Review based on the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI), with the acronym Participants, Concept and Context (PCC), P (participants) - Cancer Patient, C (concept) - risks associated with the administration of Antineoplastic Chemotherapy and C ( context) – Hospital. Bibliographic searches will be carried out in the healthcare databases PUBMED/MEDLINE, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, Cinahl, BVS/LILACS and Gray Literature (Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) and Open Access Theses and Dissertations (OATD). At the end of the searches, all identified references will be exported to the reference manager for managing EndNote Web information, and the duplicates will be removed.
