Tent of the tales as activator of interpersonal relations in basic care

The article aims to present an experience report, referring to the use of Tenda do Conto, in a family health unit strategy. It provides the meeting between workers in a Health Unit, provides conditions for collective reflection on their practices from the perspective of Permanent Education in Health (EPS). It evaluates its potentiality to approach the knowledge and experiences of the participants, reinforces the integrative practice of support in Primary Care, fosters groupness, bringing people together, with an activity that unfolds from lived stories. The experience came from the storytelling by the professionals themselves, with twelve community health agents and two nurses. These short stories described were selected from the perspective of thematic analysis. The experience showed that the Tenda do Conto collaborates for health care practices and for the production of meanings, sensations and reframing problems, through experimentation and problematization, with a privileged space of coexistence where personal issues become fuel for life. improvement of interpersonal relationships and represent opportunities for collective construction on the work environment.
