Production of instructional didactic videos on coping with COVID-19: experience report

Objective: to report the experience of producing instructional didactic videos in the Skills and Simulation Laboratory in coping with COVID-19. Method: experience report, developed from March to November 2020, based on the performance of activities aimed at coping with COVID 19, in the Care Skills and Simulation Laboratory of a Faculty of Nursing at a public university. It was used as a strategy the production of instructional didactic material through the recording of videos focused on technical nursing procedures with a view to training nursing professionals, in partnership with Telehealth from a Public University in the State of Rio de Janeiro. Results and Discussion: 12 videos were produced regarding the protection of health professionals and technical procedures related to nursing care for patients suspected or confirmed by COVID-19. Conclusion: The experience proved to be positive, enabling the socialization of knowledge, remotely, to nursing / health professionals in the Health Care Network.
