The present work aimed to evaluate the mineral nutrition of the sour passion fruit stem and roots under simple and multiple deficiencies, in nutritive solution. The experiment was carried out in a greenhouse at the Department of Soil Science at UFLA, Lavras, MG. The statistical design used was the DIC with seven treatments and three repetitions, in a nutrient solution based on the solution of Hoagland and Arnon (1950). The treatments were: complete nutrient solution (control), nutrient solutions with individual omissions of Ca, Mg B, Mn and Zn, and multiple omissions of BZn, CaB and MnMg. The plants were selected for uniformity in the size of the aerial part and roots and then individualized in plastic pots with a capacity of three liters, thus constituting each pot as an experimental plot. After the manifestation of visual deficiency symptoms, the treatment plants were harvested and later a chemical analysis of the different parts of the plants was performed. The nutritional status (contents and accumulations) of the passion fruit stem and roots are affected when simple and multiple nutritional deficiencies occur. The stem nutritional contents of passion fruit sour from the complete treatment are (g.kg-1): N 23.50; P 3.13; K 11.60; Ca 6.92; Mg 1.81; S 1.37; and (mg.kg-1) B 12.61; Cu 0.08; Fe 75.22; Mn 0.67; Zn 1.39. The root nutritional contents of passion fruit sour from the complete treatment are (g.kg-1): N 15.07; P 9.48; K 27.20; Ca 16.59; Mg 5.64; S 2.63; and (mg.kg-1) B 17.21; Cu 1.66; Fe 1560.20; Mn 13.60; Zn 29.47.
