Resumen

La gestión de adquisiciones es fundamental para que las organizaciones sean eficientes y efectivas en la contratación de productos y servicios. Con la alta demanda de financiamiento, las empresas buscan una mayor eficiencia en su contratación, con esto la tercerización de servicios es cada vez mayor, las empresas buscan áreas específicas con la subcontratación de empresas especializadas, asegurando así el resultado deseado. La gestión de adquisiciones consiste en obtener productos y servicios de fuera del equipo del proyecto. Se puede subdividir en cuatro subprocesos: planificación, gestión de adquisiciones; realizar adquisiciones; controlar adquisiciones y terminar adquisiciones. Debe asegurarse que todos los pasos funcionen juntos. El objetivo principal de este estudio es abordar la gestión de adquisiciones en la gestión de proyectos, a través del caso de estudio para la implementación de un proceso industrial para el tratamiento de aceites y grasas. Así, demuestra la aplicación de técnicas de gestión de adquisiciones en un caso de estudio para mostrar el éxito de la gestión, así como en la traducción de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización en proyectos para que, de hecho, se logren los resultados deseados. Se concluye que lo que se ha llevado a cabo en campo por parte de la organización es seguir las buenas prácticas de la guía del PMBOK, utilizando todos los procesos de planificación, conducción, control y cierre, y con ello se ha demostrado que la eficiencia en la gestión de compras ha benefició el proyecto como un todo.
