Exploración del vínculo entre estar expuesto a la violencia de niño y sufrir o perpetrar violencia de pareja íntima durante toda la vida: protocolo de revisión de alcance

Resumen

La hipótesis de la transmisión intergeneracional de la violencia se refiere al supuesto de que los niños expuestos a la violencia familiar por parte de sus cuidadores tienen más probabilidades de reproducir comportamientos violentos con sus cónyuges durante la edad adulta. Este artículo tiene como objetivo describir el protocolo para una revisión de alcance sobre la relación entre la exposición a la violencia infantil y la experiencia/perpetuación de la violencia de pareja a lo largo de la vida. La estructura a seguir es Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRSMA-ScR) del Instituto Joanna Briggs (JBI) y consistirá en la búsqueda de información en trece bases de datos indexadas y de literatura gris que se buscarán con términos MESH, DECS y palabras clave de la base de datos del banco. inserción hasta mayo de 2022 en portugués, inglés y español. La selección de estudios y la extracción de datos en la hoja de cálculo será doble ciego, acompañado de un tercer investigador que monitoreará el gráfico de similitud y actuará como juez cuando haya desacuerdo. Los criterios de inclusión siguen la estructura de Población, Concepto y Contexto (PCC). Los estudios serán mapeados en 2 etapas: la etapa 1 tiene un enfoque descriptivo y busca el aporte del mayor número de estudios; el paso 2 implicará criterios de exclusión adicionales y analizará la calidad para identificar vías metodológicas exitosas. Los resultados se presentarán en el análisis temático.
