Análisis bibliométricas: nacimiento prematuro, poluicion del aire y lógica fuzzy

Resumen

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la producción científica sobre parto prematuro y contaminación del aire, utilizando el enfoque Fuzzy. Se realizó una búsqueda a partir de artículos en la base de datos SCOPUS, con las palabras clave “premature birth” o “preterm birth”, “air pollonation” y “fuzzy” durante el periodo de 2000 a 2020. Luego de este paso, para el análisis de mapeo científico de tendencias futuras, se utilizó el software SciMAT, seguido del uso del software VOSviewer para la construcción de mapas de co-ocurrencias. Se realizaron tres combinaciones para el análisis, la contaminación del aire vinculada a la lógica difusa y el parto prematuro o pretérmino asociado a los dos factores por separado. Las combinaciones dieron como resultado 743 artículos no duplicados encontrados en 76 países, con 381 autores publicados en 255 revistas diferentes. No se identificaron artículos que asociaran la prematuridad, los contaminantes atmosféricos y el enfoque difuso en conjunto, lo que hace de este un vacío en la literatura y una gran oportunidad de investigación. El estudio de este tema es de gran relevancia para la sociedad, ya que puede ayudar a crear políticas públicas, reducir los gastos relacionados con la salud y aumentar la calidad de vida de las gestantes y recién nacidos a lo largo de su vida.
