Programas educacionales para parejas: una revisión sistemática de la literatura

Resumen

El presente estudio tuve como objetivo analizar la producción internacional y nacional acerca de los programas educativos para parejas. Para ello se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura en las siguientes bases de datos: Pubmed, APA, Lilacs y Eric. Para esta revisión se ha seguido la propuesta del método PRISMA. Los resultados revelan que solamente en el contexto internacional fue posible identificar programas sobre el tema, con énfasis en la investigación estadounidense. Además, es posible afirmar que los estudios con programas educativos para parejas aún se mantienen con una población relativamente homogénea, es decir, jóvenes y heterosexuales. Entre los programas utilizados, los más recurrentes son el Prevention Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) y OurRelationship (OuR). Estudios con mediadores evidenciaron la comunicación como mecanismo de cambio, mientras estudios con moderadores evidenciaron los factores de riesgo relacionales e individuales. Así, se puede decir que la comunicación y la satisfacción son condiciones para los estudios de eficacia. Todavía, en el contexto brasileño no se encontraron estudios con grupo control. Se discute la necesidad de más estudios con programas educativos para parejas en el contexto brasileño.
