Estudio cinético y de equilibrio de la adsorción de petroleo con fibras de coco pretratadas

Resumen

O derrame de petróleo ocorre recentemente na costa brasileira, como alerta para o projeto de investigação que contempla processos e produtos biotecnológicos para limpeza de ambientes marinos. Por esse motivo, este método é considerado como comparar o uso de fibras residuais de coco (Cocos nucifera L.) na naturalidade, pré-tratados com Líquido Iônico Prótico (LIP) [2-HEA] [Ac] (tratamento inovador) e mercerização / acetilación (tratamento tradicional) como biossorvente de petróleo derramado no meio marinho em uma simulação hidrodinâmica em escala de laboratório. O estúdio da cinética e o equilíbrio da adsorção se realizam para determinar o mecanismo limitador de adsorção, como também a capacidade máxima de adsorção de petróleo para as fibras de coco estudadas. As características das fibras incluem o uso de cabos SEM e FITR, e as pruebas de cinética e equilíbrio de sorção com óleo de Cuenca de Campos e água salina. É possível observar que é necessário um tempo mínimo de 5 minutos entre em contato com o adsorvente e com o adsorvente para que ocorra a biosorción. As fibras tratadas com LIP (4,63 g / g) têm maior capacidade de sorção, fibrain natura (3,62 g / g) menos capacidade e fibra com tratamento de mercerização / acetilação (4,26 g / g) tem sorção com valores intermediários. O modelo cinético que melhor se ajusta aos dados experimentais do segundo pseudo-segundo, o que indica a quimioterapia ou o limite da adsorção. O modelo de equilíbrio da seleção elegível para Sips, determinando a adsorção em multicapa (Freundlich) com bainhas concentradas de óleo e em monocapa (Langmuir) com altas concentrações. Com base nos resultados obtidos, você pode decidir quais fibras de coco (Cocos nucifera L.) tratam uma grande capacidade do adsorvedor que absorve as fibras na naturalidade e as fibras tratadas com LIP [2-HEA] [Ac] tienen maior capacidade de sorção, entre as avaliadas, para ser usado em derrames de petróleo.
