Tratamiento de comportamentos de agresión en un niño con TEA nível 1 de apoyo: Informe de caso

Resumen

Evaluar los comportamientos-problemas relacionados con la agresión puede implicar un gran riesgo para el propio paciente y los terapeutas. La búsqueda de análisis funcionales e intervenciones seguras que sometan al paciente y a las personas involucradas a un menor riesgo de daño físico y trauma ha sido un tema recurrente en la literatura científica. El objetivo de este informe es presentar los datos de implementación de IISCA, entrenamiento de comunicación funcional, tolerancia y cooperación con un niño diagnosticado con TEA nivel de soporte 1 y demostrar la efectividad de la traducción de datos de investigación aplicado a la prestación de servicios en un centro de atención especializado en Análisis de Comportamiento Aplicado a TEA y cuadros relacionados. La intervención demostró ser efectiva, reduciendo los comportamientos problemáticos a niveles de cero o casi cero en las sesiones de intervención y seguimiento de tres meses y seis meses. Finalmente, se discuten los beneficios de los procedimientos adoptados y la necesidad de más informes con la transposición de intervenciones derivadas de la investigación aplicada a la prestación de servicios.
