Resumen

Introducción: El Trastorno de la Alimentación (TA) ha revelado un problema persistente tanto en el país como en el mundo. Esta condición psiquiátrica se caracteriza por patrones persistentes y conductas alimentarias o alimentarias anormales. Así, el AT conduce a un consumo inadecuado y/o mayor absorción de nutrientes, afectando significativamente la salud mental, física, nutricional y social del individuo. Objetivo: Evaluar el escenario reciente de TA y el uso de los alimentos EAT-26. Metodología: A La investigación se realizó en julio de 2024, encontrándose 26 ítems en las bases de datos, siendo seleccionados 11 Resultado: De dos resultados encontrados se pudo. observe que la incidencia de TA es mayor en mujeres jóvenes. Además, los estudios muestran una mayor prevalencia entre los estudiantes del campo de la salud, además de estos estudios realizados en Medio Oriente. Conclusión: El uso del cuestionario EAT-26 resultó eficaz para identificar los trastornos alimentarios. Por tanto, se puede concluir que el trastorno alimentario es un tema importante. Es crucial la adopción de intervenciones que aborden el origen del problema, teniendo en cuenta factores como el género, el índice de masa corporal (IMC) y el entorno académico con altos niveles de estrés.
