Resumen

Los pacientes que sufren de pénfigo vulgar necesitan atención especializada. Por lo tanto, en su atención integral, la acción multi-profesional es esencial para enfrentar los diferentes desafíos técnicos de la enfermedad. El objetivo fue reportar un caso de pénfigo vulgar y desempeño multi-profesional. Este es un estudio descriptivo del informe del caso de un paciente atendido en un hospital de referencia para pénfigo. La información necesaria para describir el caso se recopiló después de la aprobación del Comité de Ética en Investigación. El paciente llegó al hospital con lesiones crujientes difusas con prurito asociado en todo el cuerpo durante aproximadamente dos meses. Después de la evaluación clínica y el examen de laboratorio, el examen histológico encontró la presencia de una burbuja intraepidérmica suprabasal, con la presencia de células acantolíticas dentro de la burbuja, que concluye como pénfigo vulgar. Durante el curso de la hospitalización, el paciente tuvo varias infecciones secundarias, usó corticosteroides, analgésicos, terapia con poliantibióticos e inmunoglobulina. Al final de los 78 días de hospitalización, desarrolló complicaciones y murió. El diagnóstico precoz y el inicio del tratamiento rápido retrasan la evolución de la enfermedad, mejoran la apariencia de las lesiones, lo que reduce la duración de la estancia hospitalaria y el riesgo de infecciones. Por lo tanto, el desempeño del equipo multi-profesional contribuye a resolver desafíos relacionados con la enfermedad, tales como: mejora en la seguridad física, emocional, nutricional y del paciente. Hacemos hincapié en las medidas para la prevención y el control de infecciones, como, por ejemplo, la higiene de manos por parte de todos los profesionales, el uso de equipos de protección personal en el tratamiento del paciente y la higiene adecuada del medio ambiente.

Currently, resident of the Multi-professional Residency Program of the Goiás State Secretariat, located at the Hospital de Tropical Diseases Dr. Anuar Auad, working in the field of infectious diseases and at the State Public Health Laboratory Dr. Giovanni Cysneiros (LACEN / GO). Graduated in Biomedicine (2018) from the University of Oeste Paulista (UNOESTE), previously undertook Sandwich graduation at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto - Portugal by the Santander Universidades - Ibero-American mobility scholarships program. Research lines: Microbiology, Clinical Mycology, tropical diseases, infectious diseases.

Adryelli Joicyr Brito, Dr. Anuar Auad State Hospital for Tropical Diseases (HDT) and Dr. Giovanni Cysneiros, Goiânia, GO, Brazil

Currently a nutritionist, he is a resident of the Multi-professional Residency Program of the Secretariat of the State of Goiás, allocated at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases Dr. Anuar Auad, working in the field of infectious diseases. She has experience in food quality control, has served as director of academic leagues, in research, extension and activity projects aimed at health promotion.

Bachelor of Pharmacy from Universidade Paulista (2018/01). He is currently a Pharmacy Resident in the area of Infectious Diseases at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases Dr. Anuar Auad. She worked as a Laboratory Technician at Empresa Universidade Paulista in 2018. She was a Research and Innovation intern in the areas of cosmetology, pharmacy and food (Instituto Senai de Tecnologia - IST - Vila Canaã).

She was a Scientific Initiation student at the Experimental Behavior Analysis Laboratory (NPLAEC) of the referred University, addressing the concept and application of Metacontingencies and at the Management and Business Research Center (NUPEN), researching on the reflections of the organizational environment on health and social life of the worker.
