Avaliação comparativa da resistência de união ao microcisalhamento de um cimento resinoso autoadesivo na dentina e no esmalte: Estudo in vitro

O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a resistência ao cisalhamento de um cimento resinoso autoadesivo RelyX U200 e um cimento resinoso convencional RelyX ARC aderido no esmalte e na dentina. As coroas de 20 dentes incisivos bovinos foram distribuídas em 4 grupos (n=5), de acordo com o substrato e tipo de cimento resinoso utilizado: esmalte-ácido fosfórico-ARC, dentina-ácido fosfórico-ARC, esmalte-U200 e dentina-U200. Os corpos de prova de tamanho 1 × 2 mm foram preparados com resina composta e cimentados de acordo com os respectivos grupos. O teste de microcisalhamento foi realizado após 7 dias de imersão em água destilada em uma máquina universal de ensaio mecânico, com uma célula de carga de 20 kg. Os resultados foram analisados pelo teste de Kruskal-Wallis, sendo as diferenças entre os grupos evidenciadas pelo teste de Dwass-Steel-Critchlow-Fligner (DSCF), e as fraturas com uma lupa estereoscópica de 40X de aumento. A menor resistência ao cisalhamento (MPa) foi no grupo dentina-U200. A mais alta resistência ao cisalhamento foi observada quando o cimento resinoso convencional RelyX-ARC foi utilizado no esmalte e na dentina. A resistência média ao cisalhamento foi maior no caso do cimento resinoso RelyX-ARC em comparação com o RelyX U200 (p˂ 0,05). A maioria das fraturas nos grupos D-ARC e E-ARC foram mistas e nos grupos D-U200 e E-U200 foram adesivas. Foi concluído que o cimento resinoso convencional apresentou maiores valores de resistência ao cisalhamento que o cimento resinoso autoadesivo, tanto em esmalte como em dentina.
