Relação entre estresse e dores musculoesquelética em teletrabalhadores durante a pandemia do Covid-19: uma revisão integrativa

Resumo

Objetivo: Investigar a relação do estresse e dor musculoesquelética, bem como a prevalência, em teletrabalhadores durante a pandemia do Covid-19. Metodologia: O presente estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. A pesquisa foi realizada no período entre Dezembro de 2021 e Fevereiro de 2022 onde foram utilizados as bases de dados Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo e Cochrane, utilizando-se palavras chaves como dor musculoesquelético, pandemia, home office, estresse e tensão muscular e seus respectivos termos em inglês musculoskeletal, pandemic, home office, stress e muscle tension. Foram selecionados apenas estudos transversais. Resultado: Após a pesquisa inicial nas bases de dados, foram encontrados para este estudo, 18 artigos no total, onde apenas 5 artigos foram incluídos para amostra dessa pesquisa. Conclusão: Embora o home office seja uma modalidade adotada por empresas e trabalhadores durante a pandemia, faz-se necessário estudos para elaboração de medidas, afim de otimizar e adequar a casa como ambiente de trabalho saudável para estes trabalhadores.
