Percepções sobre a intervenção na crise de saúde mental infantojuvenil: protocolo de revisão sistemática qualitativa

Introdução: muitas questões de saúde mental têm início nas fases da infância e adolescência e este adoecimento pode impactar a idade adulta. Considerando ainda que os momentos de crise demandam manejo adequado para que o quadro não se agrave, faz-se necessário entender como os atores envolvidos no cuidado da saúde mental infantojuvenil vem acontecendo. Esta revisão será norteada pela pergunta de pesquisa: “quais as percepções de profissionais de saúde mental, familiares e usuários sobre as intervenções em crise de saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes em hospitais e serviços comunitários de saúde mental?”. Objetivo: identificar e sintetizar as evidências qualitativas disponíveis sobre as percepções dos profissionais de saúde mental, familiares e usuários têm sobre as intervenções na crise de saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes. Metodologia: esta revisão seguirá as diretrizes metodológicas do JBI. A busca será feita em sete bases de dados e literatura cinzenta. O estudo não tem limitação temporal. Dois revisores independentes farão a seleção e extração dos dados. Em caso de divergência, um terceiro revisor será consultado. Considerações finais: é necessário entender quais são as percepções dos atores envolvidos sobre o tema para que recomendações de prática, pesquisa e política sejam feitas a fim de promover melhora no cuidado de crianças e adolescentes no período de crise.
