Objective: to describe a hybrid intervention model mediated by teleconsultation in vestibular rehabilitation and to analyze its results. Method: quasi-experimental, prospective, and exploratory study. Twelve patients underwent vestibular rehabilitation through WhatsApp. The Dynamic Gait Index (DGI) - Brazilian brief, Timed Up and Go (TUG), and Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI), that analyzed functional and dynamic balance, fall risk, and the impact of dizziness on quality of life were used to assess all patient’s performance before and after the intervention. The initial phase with interview and evaluation was on site, and the remaining sessions were remote. Personalized exercises were adopted in weekly consultations for about 40 minutes over six months. The statistical analysis considered p<5%. Results: Initially, the average DGI and TUG indicated a risk of falls, and the DHI indicated poorer quality of life. Post-intervention analysis found p=0.049* for the DGI, p=0.026* for the TUG, and p=0.0025* for the DHI, showing that functional and dynamic balance, as well as quality of life, improved while the risk of falls decreased. Conclusion: Teleconsultation in vestibular rehabilitation proved to be feasible and effective, as it promoted improvements in functional and dynamic performance, reduced fall risk, and decreased the impact of dizziness on patients' quality of life.
