During the process of facial aging, a series of changes occur that affect the structure of the face. HArmonyCa® is a new hybrid injectable that promotes a lifting effect and sustained collagen biostimulation, as it combines hyaluronic acid (HA) with calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), thereby reducing the typical signs of aging. A 42-year-old female patient sought treatment to improve facial aging signs. After a detailed evaluation, her skin was prepared with cleansing and disinfection using 2% Chlorhexidine. The facial ligaments were marked to guide the procedure, and HarmonyCa® injections were performed in specific areas: the temporal region, zygomatic region, and the angle of the mandible. Post-procedure follow-up was conducted systematically, with evaluations at 30 and 90 days after the application. Shortly after the application of HArmonyCa®, a significant improvement in volumetric appearance was noted due to the presence of HA, and during follow-up, there was an improvement in skin laxity and the posterior repositioning of tissues. Two years after the initial treatment, the patient returned for reapplication, focusing on tissue repositioning, especially behind the ligaments, to restore volume and reinforce facial support. The main differentiating factor of HArmonyCa® is the combination of HA with CaHA. Due to this dual effect, it addresses the signs of aging more effectively than single agents.
