Hiperinsuflación lobar congénita (CHL): Reporte de un caso con diagnóstico temprano y diferencial en el Síndrome Respiratorio Neonatal

Resumen

La hiperinsuflación lobar congénita (HLC) es una malformación pulmonar poco frecuente con una prevalencia de 1 en 20.000 a 30.000 nacimientos. Estudio descriptivo de un caso clínico basado en la recolección de datos durante el seguimiento del paciente, revisión de historias clínicas y registros fotográficos. Este trabajo pretende dilucidar varios aspectos del HLC, desde su diagnóstico hasta el pronóstico, como diagnóstico diferencial en el Síndrome Respiratorio Neonatal. El estudio describe un caso clínico de un recién nacido que presentó dificultad respiratoria en las primeras horas de vida y fue diagnosticado con HLC. Este estudio destaca la importancia del diagnóstico precoz del HLC, en el que la insuficiencia respiratoria neonatal puede confundirse con una infección viral. El conocimiento de esta malformación es fundamental para evitar complicaciones y asegurar un tratamiento adecuado.
