Urogynecological dysfunctions, such as urinary incontinence and genital prolapse, affect a large number of women and directly impact their quality of life. Despite the clinical relevance and the growing evidence supporting the effectiveness of urogynecological physiotherapy, access to this type of care is still limited within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS). This study aimed to analyze the provision of specialized physiotherapy for women with pelvic floor dysfunctions in the state of Minas Gerais between 2013 and 2025, highlighting regional disparities and potential gaps in service organization. Based on the analysis of official data and literature, the study revealed a significant increase in the number of urogynecological physiotherapy appointments, distributed irregularly across the state, with 15 municipalities having the highest number of services. Consequently, many women fail to receive adequate treatment due to lack of information, shame, or absence of specialized services. The results underscore the need to expand healthcare coverage and strengthen the women's health network, ensuring comprehensive, humanized, and accessible care.
