Promoción de la salud mental en adolescentes de escuelas brasileñas: Protocolo de una revisión exploratoria

Resumen

El objetivo es presentar el protocolo de una investigación de revisión de alcance, guiada por la pregunta: “¿Qué informa la literatura sobre la promoción de la salud mental con adolescentes en las escuelas brasileñas?”. Con base en el método del Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) y en el Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR), la revisión se llevará a cabo a partir de artículos publicados en el período 2015–2025. Basada en el mnemónico PCC, la revisión incluirá como Población estudios que aborden intervenciones dirigidas a la promoción de la salud mental de adolescentes, considerando el rango etario recomendado por la Organización Mundial de la Salud y adoptado por el Ministerio de Salud; como Concepto, intervenciones, acciones, proyectos o programas orientados a la promoción de la salud mental en escuelas que ofrezcan educación primaria y/o secundaria; y como Contexto, el contexto brasileño, sin restricciones de idioma. Tras un estudio piloto, la búsqueda inicial se realizará en bases de datos nacionales (SciELO), latinoamericanas (LILACS, CINAHL) y mundiales (PubMed, Web of Science y Scopus), por tres investigadores, para la inclusión/exclusión mediante el análisis del título, palabras clave y resumen. Para la extracción de datos de los textos sometidos a lectura completa, se utilizará un instrumento construido siguiendo las orientaciones del JBI. La síntesis y el informe final estarán guiados por el PRISMA-ScR. Se espera contribuir al mapeo de la promoción de la salud mental en el contexto escolar de adolescentes en Brasil, así como a la identificación de brechas que puedan fundamentar el desarrollo de nuevas prácticas e investigaciones.
