A evolução da remanufatura na Economia Circular: um panorama acadêmico-tecnológico

Resumo

O modelo econômico linear difundido a partir da evolução industrial tem gerado um alerta em relação à grande utilização dos recursos naturais, pois estão se tornando cada vez mais escassos. Surge então a necessidade da criação de um novo modelo, a Economia Circular, baseada em princípios sustentáveis e que tem a remanufatura como uma ferramenta importante para a extensão de ciclos de utilização dos produtos. O conceito trazido dentro da remanufatura visa amenizar os impactos da super produção e do alto consumo através da desmontagem, limpeza e reparo de peças danificadas, tornando produtos que estavam em processo de descarte em produtos prontos para novo uso, com qualidade e funcionalidade garantidas. Este estudo teve como objetivo realizar uma pesquisa bibliométrica, dentro das bases científicas Scopus e Web Of Science, e identificar a evolução das publicações sobre a remanufatura dentro do contexto da Economia Circular. Através dessa pesquisa, foi possível demonstrar a evolução do tema nos últimos cinco anos, principalmente em países da Europa e a China. O número de publicações praticamente duplicou e é possível observar uma tendência em relacionar os temas a áreas de tecnologia, como Indústria 4.0, Blockchain, Machine Learning, entre outros, que vai além da remodelagem somente do design do produto.
