Forage radish (Raphanus sativus L.) is an annual plant belonging to the Brassicaceae family. It is important in the crop rotation process, due to its ability to cycle nutrients and produce green mass. This crop has a high rate of straw decomposition, releasing nutrients to the successor crops. This note aims to describe the occurrence of the attack of the aphid Brevicoryne brassicae (L.) on forage radish. The attack of the aphid B. brassicae, commonly found on vegetables, especially those of the genus Brassica, was observed, causing damage to plants grown in the field. This insect could become a potential pest if its adaptation to the new host is confirmed.
