The Covid-19 pandemic has brought rapid changes to human behavior on a global scale, affecting in particular the level of physical activity and impacting physical and mental health. A systematic literature review was carried out. The databases consulted were: VHL, PUBMED SCIENCE DIRECT in the time frame between 2017 and 2022. When analyzing the results found, a decline in physical activity and/or in the attempt to adhere to this practice by active and sedentary people was observed, pre-existing situation and quite accentuated during the Covid-19 pandemic.
