Objective: To analyze publications about the psychosocial impact of pelvic radiotherapy as a treatment modality for those with cervical cancer. Methods: Integrative literature review conducted in the LILACS, Web of Science, MEDLINE / PubMed, CINAHAL and SCOPUS databases by crossing the descriptors: Cervical Neoplasms, radiotherapy, psychosocial impact, psycho-oncology, psychology and their respective interconnected synonyms by the Boolean Operator AND, with a time frame of the last five years. Results: After the analysis and synthesis of the data found, three categories of meanings emerged: Quality of life after radiotherapy for cervical cancer; Sexual dysfunction related to female pelvic radiotherapy and The impact of lymphedema of the lower limbs in the daily life of women. Final considerations: The study demonstrated that cervical cancer negatively affects women's quality of life, both physically and emotionally, in which sexual dysfunction and lymphedema seem to be linked.
