Objective: The study aimed to identify national and international scientific evidence about the factors that influence neonatal resuscitation training. Method: Integrative literature review, carried out in five databases, with the inclusion criteria: type of study, language and time frame. The final sample consisted of 16 studies. Results: From the synthesis of the evidence, four categories emerged: care network, health professional in the care network, services and integrality; organized into potentialities, demands and weaknesses. Constituting necessary elements for the factors that influence the training of neonatal resuscitation. Conclusion: However, the construction of this study contributes to the importance of the aptitude and competence of the nursing team, especially nurses about the service provided to newborns, with an emphasis on public policies.
