Factores que influyen en el entrenamiento en reanimación neonatal: revisión integradora

Resumen

Objetivo: El estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar evidencias científicas nacionales e internacionales sobre los factores que influyen en la formación en reanimación neonatal. Método: Revisión integrativa de la literatura, realizada en cinco bases de datos, con los criterios de inclusión: tipo de estudio, idioma y franja temporal. La muestra final estuvo compuesta por 16 estudios. Resultados: De la síntesis de la evidencia surgieron cuatro categorías: red de atención, profesional de salud en la red de atención, servicios e integralidad; organizados en potencialidades, demandas y debilidades. Constituyendo elementos necesarios para los factores que influyen en el entrenamiento de la reanimación neonatal. Conclusión: Sin embargo, la construcción de este estudio contribuye a la importancia de la aptitud y competencia del equipo de enfermería, especialmente de los enfermeros sobre el servicio prestado al recién nacido, con énfasis en las políticas públicas.
