Utilización de Coaching por Enfermeros en la práctica profesional: revisión integrativa

Objetivo: Analizar la producción científica existente sobre el uso del Coaching por enfermeros en la práctica profesional de enfermería. Métodos: Revisión integrativa de textos completos en línea publicados de 2015 a 2019 realizada en julio de 2020 en Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe en Ciências de la Salud (LILACS), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) e Education Resources Information Center (ERIC). Resultados: se analizan 33 artículos. La mayoría son de naturaleza cuantitativa, con intervención, publicados en revistas calificadas con el primer autor vinculado a institución en Estados Unidos. Predomina el uso del Coaching como proceso por enfermeiros en la modalidad Health Coaching. 63% de los artículos informan alguna formación de enfermeras que aplicaron las intervenciones. Consideraciones finales: Una mayor descripción de los procesos y técnicas es beneficiosa para la comprensión de la forma de uso y la potencial difusión. Se enfatiza la necesidad de una formación específica para enfermeras cuando se utiliza Coaching.
