El aislamiento social durante el COVID-19 x adaptación de la sociedad: una recopilación de datos

Objetivo: verificar si el aislamiento social puede afectar la salud mental de las personas así como los hábitos comunes, ligado a la idea de tener prohibido salir de casa por la pandemia COVID-19 en el estado de Pernambuco / PE. Metodología: Fue un estudio transversal y cuantitativo con 1.088 individios, del tipo no probabilístico, por conveniência, de ambos sexos y distintas edades, sometidos a los câmbios diários provocados por el aislamiento social, debido a la pandemia del COVID-19 del Estado de Pernambuco / PE. Resultados: La mayoría de los participantes fueron mujeres, con una edad promedio de 34,72 años, inforando que no hubo problemas relacionados con el aislamiento social, ni problemas familiares. La mayoría necesita adaptarse a una nueva realidad sobre higiene y sentimientos que no sentían antes de la pandemia, manifestando miedo, tanto de la situacíon em general como de estar infectado por COVID-19, así como aislamiento social, ansiedad desencadenada y otros sentimientos no experimentado antes de la pandemia. Finalmente, casi todos los participantes informaron creer que los sueños descubrirán un tratamento eficaz COVID-19. Conclusión: El aislamiento social como resultado de la pandemia de COVID-19 puede afectar tanto la salud mental de las personas, desencadenando enfermedades psicoemocionales y dificultando el proceso de adaptación social.
