Efecto biomodulador de láser de baja intensidad (830 nm.) en modelo neural 9L/lacZ

Resumen

Actualmente avanza la investigación con láser de baja intensidad (LLL) en células del sistema nervioso central, con el objetivo de evaluar los beneficios de esta terapia en trastornos neurológicos como Alzheimer, ictus, isquemia, epilepsia, entre otros. El objetivo de este estudio fue verificar los efectos biomoduladores y bioestimuladores de la LLLT en el cultivo de células neurales. Se aplicó láser de diodo a una longitud de onda λ = 830 nm, potencia 40 mW, en modo continuo, en la línea celular 9L/lacZ con densidades de energía de 0,5 a 3 J/cm2. El análisis se realizó 24 horas después de la irradiación, los resultados de la viabilidad celular mostraron una diferencia entre los grupos de control e irradiados. En cuanto a la aparición de apoptosis, no se observó ninguna manifestación significativa entre el grupo de control en comparación con el grupo irradiado (P = 0,9956); hubo una diferencia significativa entre la apoptosis y la muerte por necrosis entre los grupos de control y tratados (P <0,001). En el ensayo del cometa no se observaron diferencias estadísticamente significativas. En cuanto al objetivo de evaluar si LLLT promueve la activación temprana de la apoptosis o la proliferación de células 9L / lacZ a diferentes densidades de energía del láser de diodo infrarrojo, observamos un aumento en el número de células neurales, destacando la acción de la biomodulación. Además, LBI no promovió la activación de la muerte celular programada - apoptosis y no mostro ningún indicio de daño en el ADN por el ensayo cometa. Los resultados de este estudio son indicativos de que el láser en el infrarrojo cercano tiene una interacción positiva con las células neuronales.
