Resumen

El propósito de esta investigación es estudiar cómo los usuarios de teléfonos inteligentes se están adaptando a la transformación digital (TD). TD es la aplicación de tecnología para crear nuevos modelos de negocio, procesos, software y sistemas que generen ingresos más rentables, mayor ventaja competitiva y mayor eficiencia. La metodología elegida para este proyecto consiste en un estudio exploratorio que utiliza métodos de investigación bibliográfica y una encuesta a usuarios que utilizan plataformas de negocios digitales. El objetivo de esta investigación se ha logrado porque hemos podido estudiar cómo los usuarios de teléfonos inteligentes se están adaptando a la transformación digital utilizando aplicaciones y plataformas digitales.
