Métodos de extracción de bio-aceite a partir de la microalga Nannochloropsis oculata: un análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

Las investigaciones actuales han demostrado un gran interés en microalgas por su capacidad de captura del CO2 de la atmósfera, gas nocivo al medio ambiente y también por almacenar bio-aceite con alto valor agregado. Este aceite puede ser constituido de ácidos grasos poliinsaturados del tipo Omega 3 y Omega 6. De esta forma, el trabajo tuvo como objetivo central realizar una revisión bibliométrica sobre los métodos de extracción, a partir de la especie Nannochloropsis oculata, trayendo para el lector, principalmente, un panorama general de los avances científicos y tecnológicos realizados hasta el presente. Además de tener como escenario la bibliometría, una herramienta estadística que permite mapear y generar diferentes indicadores de tratamiento y gestión de la información y del conocimiento. Se realizó así un análisis cuantitativo de los artículos encontrados en la base Web of Science y posteriormente un análisis cualitativo, permitiendo resaltar, con los diversos trabajos analizados, la importancia del estudio de esa técnica. Por ejemplo, Francia y Portugal como el país con el mayor número de publicaciones, extendiéndose a diferentes países en diferentes continentes. Averiguando así una ascensión frente al número de artículos publicados en los últimos años, mostrando el creciente interés por el bio-aceite de microalgas.
