Identificación y caracterización de hongos endofíticos encontrados en plantas de manglares del noreste brasileiro: una revisión

Resumen

Los manglares constituyen un ecosistema formado por diferentes clases de organismos vivos. Por su diversidad, tiene un valor ecológico y ambiental que las actividades humanas pueden amenazar. Los hongos endófitos, que se encuentran en el interior de los tejidos vegetales, pueden producir sustancias de valor biotecnológico, como antibióticos y otros principios activos con propiedades farmacológicas. Por lo tanto, esta revisión narrativa de la literatura realizada a través del análisis de artículos encontrados en diferentes bases de datos, tales como: ' Portal del diario Capes', 'Web of Science', 'SciElo', 'Pubmed', entre otras, destaca la importancia de identificar, caracterizar y aislar hongos endófitos encontrados en los manglares brasileños y su relevancia para la prospección de sustancias de alto valor biotecnológico para la sociedad. Así como ayudar a comprender la dinámica ecológica de los manglares en Brasil.

Lívia Karla Remígio Maia, Federal University of Ceará

He holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Federal Rural University of the Semi-Árido (2011), a Master's in Agronomy (Phytotechnics/Phytopathology) from the Federal University of Ceará (2014) and a PhD in Agronomy (Phytotechnics/Phytopathology) at the Federal University of Ceará (2019) . He was a fellow of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (EMBRAPA) from 2011 to 2019. He has experience in the field of Agronomy, with emphasis on Phytopathology, Molecular Biology, Plant Breeding, working mainly on the following subjects: Anacardium occidentale L., Oidium anacardium, Microbiological Analysis, Germination, Cucumis melo, Germplasm, Resistance, Genetic Gain, Selection, Pathogenic and Endophytic Fungi, Molecular Biology and Floriculture.

Daniela Ribeiro Alves, Federal University of Ceará

Currently, she is a Ph.D. student in Natural Sciences at the State University of Ceará. He holds a Doctorate (2019) and Masters (2015) in Veterinary Sciences and a Specialization in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Applied to the Health Area (2013) from the same institution. Graduated with a Specific Licentiate in Biology (2008) from the Vale of Acaraú State University and holds a degree in Industrial Mechatronics (Incomplete - 2013) from the Federal Institute of Ceará. She was a Professor at the Education Department of Ceará and at the Municipality of Maracanaú. He has some experience in the field of Natural Products Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microorganism Biology, and Molecular Biology.

Silvio Gentil Jacinto Junior, State University of Ceará

Degree in Chemistry from the State University of Ceará (UECE) in 2013. Specialist in Biology and Chemistry Teaching Methodology from the Cândido Mendes University (UCAM) in 2016. Master in Climatology and Applications in CPLP Countries and Africa by UECE in 2018. Doctoral Student in the Graduate Program in Natural Sciences at UECE with development of research in the area of ​​Plant Physiology. I am currently a teacher of Science at the Municipality of Fortaleza and distance tutor of the Degree in Chemistry at the State University of Ceará - UECE. I work mainly on the following topics: plant physiology, water stress, and biological catalysis.

Selene Maia de Morais, State University of Ceará

Graduated with Industrial Chemistry Master in Organic Chemistry from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). Doctor in Chemistry - University of London. Postdoctoral internship at the University of Aveiro in Portugal. As a professor at the Federal University of Ceará, he worked at undergraduate and graduate levels in the positions of Coordinator of the Chemistry Course and Director of the Natural Products Laboratory. Currently a Full Professor at the State University of Ceará (UECE) and CNPq productivity scholarship, he served as coordinator of the Chemistry Course at UECE and the Graduate Program in Physiological Sciences. He currently advises students in the Doctoral Courses in Biotechnology at RENORBIO, in the Graduate Program in Veterinary Sciences (PPGCV), and in Natural Sciences (PPGCN). Coordinator of the PPGCN and the Ph.D. in Biotechnology at UECE. Participation in the FUNCAP Research Chamber, being an Ad-hoc consultant for FAPEMA, FAPEPI, and CEUB. Coordinator of the Laboratory of Chromatographic and Spectroscopic Analysis (LACES) at UECE. It carries out research activity in the area of ​​Natural Products Chemistry, working mainly in obtaining and structural characterization of fixed and volatile organic products, synthesis of derivatives, and evaluation of various biological properties such as antioxidant, anticholinesterase, larvicide against Aedes spp, as well as leishmanicidal, antiviral against Dengue and Zica viruses, antimicrobial, among others in collaborative studies. Francisco das Chagas de Oliveira Freire, Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation

Graduated in Agronomy from the Federal University of Ceará (1971), Master's in Agricultural Microbiology from the Federal University of Viçosa (1976), and Ph.D. in Plant Pathology - Imperial College Of Science And Technology (1982). In 1997 he completed a Post-Doctorate at the International Mycological Institute (IMI) in Egham, England. He is currently a researcher at the National Research Center for Tropical Agroindustry. He currently works with Fungi Taxonomy (Morphological and Molecular Biology), having already described 75 new species of fungi, including Hyphomycetos cercosporoides, rusts, coals, and coelomycetes. Specialist in diseases of tropical plants.

Patricia do Nascimento Bordallo, Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation

He holds a doctorate in Plant Production (2001) from the Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense. He studied a master's degree in Phytotechnics (Vegetable Production) and a degree in Agronomic Engineering, both from the Federal University of Viçosa. He did postdoctoral studies at Iowa State University (the USA, 2001-2004), Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (the USA, 2005-2006), and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium, 2008-2009). She is currently a researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation - EMBRAPA, working on projects for genetic improvement, biotechnology, and genetic transformation of plants. He has been President of the Internal Biosafety Commission of Embrapa Agroindústria Tropical since 2010.

José Emilson Cardoso, Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation

He holds a degree in Agronomy from the Federal University of Ceará (1973), a Master's degree in Plant Pathology - from the University of Wisconsin - Madison (1977), and a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology - from North Carolina State University (1986). Postdoctoral fellow in Molecular Biology of phytopathogenic fungi at the Department of Plant Science, Reading, UK. He is currently a permanent professor at the Federal University of Ceará and a researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation. Has experience in Agronomy, with emphasis on Phytopathology, working mainly on the following topics: diseases of tropical fruit trees, Lasiodiplodia theobromae, epidemiology, fungicide, Anacardium occidentale, and etiology.
