Estrategias de pronación en pacientes con síndromes respiratorios agudos en unidades de cuidados intensivos

Resumen

Objetivo: Esta es una revisión sistemática de artículos que estudian las estrategias de pronación en los últimos 5 años en unidades de cuidados intensivos. Métodos: Se observaron pocos artículos que trataran este tema, totalizando 4 estudios de un total de 143 extraídos de las bases de datos PUBMED; ESCOPUS; WEB DE LA CIENCIA; BASE Resultados: Los estudios demuestran estrategias similares utilizadas en la planificación de la técnica por los profesionales que realizan la pronación, también es posible percibir el acuerdo de que la pronación en pacientes con síndromes respiratorios hospitalizados en unidades de cuidados intensivos puede ser un procedimiento que actúa para reducir el tiempo tasas de hospitalización y/o mortalidad, además de poder evitar complicaciones graves. Conclusión: Por lo tanto, es necesario enfatizar la importancia de los estudios sobre el tema.
