Positividad de RT-PCR para COVID-19 y sus determinantes entre notificaciones obligatorias de profesionales de la salud en un hospital de tercer nivel

Resumen

Introducción: La pandemia de COVID-19 no generó impactos a escala global, sumando a la recuperación en el sistema de salud más grande, careciendo de servicios básicos de salud entre los servicios básicos, careciendo de riesgo de educación básica entre los profesionales de la salud. Objetivo: analizar el perfil epidemiológico de casos de profesionales de la salud atendidos en un hospital y describir los determinantes que influyeron en la positividad de la RT-PCR. Metodología: investigación retrospectiva transversal, con abordaje de los casos calculados, a partir de casos sospechosos de COVID-19 en profesionales de la salud atendidos en un hospital universitario del Triângulo Mineiro, Minas Gerais, Brasil. Para todas las evaluaciones, utilice el software SPSS versión 20.0. Se adoptó una significancia del 5%. Resultados: se analizaron datos de profesionales de la salud notificados, con positividad para COVID-19 del 36,2% de la muestra. La mayor parte de la población era del equipo de enfermería (70,4%). Los sectores hospitalarios que tienen pacientes (58,8%) fueron positivos en la RT-PCR de los profesionales (58.037). Los profesionales con calendario de vacunación completo mostraron una reducción del 43% en las posibilidades (p=0,044) de positividad de COVID-19. Conclusión: la actividad de RT-PCR puede estar relacionada con los profesionales asignados a los sectores La vacuna más grande, el factor positivo en contraste con COVID-19 es el esquema completo.
