No existe relación entre las medidas angulares de cadera, tobillo y pie con la desviación medial del fémur en el plano frontal en atletas de fútbol profesional masculino

Resumen

El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar y correlacionar las medidas angulares de cadera, rodilla y pie con el desplazamiento medial del fémur en el plano frontal en futbolistas profesionales masculinos. Fue un estudio observacional de corte transversal que incluyó a veintinueve atletas de fútbol profesional reclutados de un equipo de fútbol participó en la evaluación de pré-temporada, con una edad media de 22 años (± 4.36), Masa Corporal 73,74 (± 9.88) kg y Altura 179.00 (± 0.09) cm. Se recogieron medidas angulares en ambos miembros inferiores de Alineación Activa Pierna-Antepié, Rango de Movimiento de Dorsiflexión Activa de Tobillo, Rotación Medial Pasiva de Cadera, Índice de Masa Corporal y alineación frontal de rodilla y cadera através del Step Down Test. Para el miembro inferior derecho no hubo correlación significativa para las variables analizadas en relación a la desviación medial del fémur. Lo mismo ocorre con el miembro inferior izquierdo em relación con la desviación medial del fémur. Cuando se evaluó la relación de variables entre las extremidades, se observó un valor significativo para el desplazamiento medial del fémur (r=0,694); así como para dorsiflexión de tobillo (r=0,841) y rotación medial de cadera (r=0,477). Para la alineación pierna-antepié no se obtuvieron valores significativos entre los lados (0,389). Se concluye que no existe relación entre las medidas angulares de dorsiflexión activa de tobillo, alineación activa pierna-antepé, rotación medial pasiva de cadera e índice de masa corporal con deviación femoral medial em futbolistas profesionales.
