Hallazgos Clínicos Post-Covid-19: Reporte de un caso

Resumen

Objetivo: El objetivo de este artículo fue analizar el perfil clínico de dos pacientes, tres meses después de contraer Covid-19. Metodología: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo de serie de casos, que contiene dos muestras. Las herramientas utilizadas para dibujar este perfil clínico fueron la espirometría y la dinamometría, además de cuestionarios para evaluar calidad de vida, disnea, funcionalidad post-Covid-19, percepción de efecto global, función objetiva, fallas cognitivas, escala visual numérica, cuestionario de dolor McGill , escala de catastrofización del dolor y escala visual numérica, correlacionándolas con hallazgos encontrados en la literatura. Resultado: Como resultado, las variables dolor y deterioro cognitivo se observan unánimemente como secuelas de la enfermedad. Conclusíon: Se concluye que los cambios en los pacientes que tuvieron una infección previa por Covid-19 son importantes y considerables en cuanto a los resultados de la espirometría, debilidad muscular, cambios en la calidad de vida y déficits en la función objetiva. Asimismo, los pacientes con dolor post Covid-19 presentan niveles significativos de ansiedad y kinesiofobia.
