Estratégias educacionais capazes de promover a cultura de segurança do paciente no ambiente cirúrgico

Objetivo: Mapear estratégias educacionais capazes de promover a cultura de segurança do paciente no ambiente cirúrgico. Método: Revisão de escopo baseada na metodologia proposta pelo Instituto Joanna Briggs. As buscas foram realizadas de março a junho de 2022, em seis bases de dados, por dois revisores independentes. Foram incluídos artigos originais, nos idiomas inglês, português e espanhol publicados no espaço temporal entre janeiro 2016 a fevereiro de 2022. Resultados: A amostra final foi composta por 16 artigos elegíveis. Em sua maioria os artigos foram publicados em 2018 (4; 25%) e 2021 (3; 18,7%), com origem nos Estados Unidos (5; 31,2%), Holanda (3; 18,7%) e Canadá (2; 12,5%). As estratégias educacionais com maior destaque foram os treinamentos, seguido dos vídeos e simulações. As estratégias educacionais identificadas buscaram promover, apresentar, treinar e aprimorar as habilidades dos profissionais de saúde em relação as práticas assistenciais e com isso contribuir para a promoção da cultura de segurança no ambiente cirúrgico. Conclusão e implicações para a prática: O estudo demonstrou que as estratégias educacionais empregadas promovem integração e envolvimento da equipe de saúde. Buscam por meio das capacitações o aprimoramento e apoiam a disseminação da cultura de segurança.
