Análise quantitativa temporal sobre os efeitos do uso de agrotóxicos em anfíbios – anuros

A presença de anfíbios em ambientes agrícolas alterados é notável, mas o desaparecimento de algumas espécies traz preocupação com o risco de aplicação de produtos químicos associados à agricultura nas populações de larvas e adultos. A avaliação quantitativa abrangente da sensibilidade comportamental dos anfíbios faz-se imprescindível para entender melhor o impacto populacional e os impactos ecológicos resultantes dos contaminantes. Com isso, o objetivo do estudo foi realizar uma revisão utilizando o método cienciométrico para avaliar os efeitos dos agrotóxicos na população de anuro. Os resultados indicaram que a maioria dos estudos foi realizada na Europa e na Ásia envolvendo estágios larvais e embrionários deste grupo sendo que, 46,33% dos 218 estudos se concentraram nos efeitos dos inseticidas. Em particular, os inseticidas aumentaram as taxas de natação anormal e reduziram as respostas de escape aos ataques de predadores. No entanto nos artigos analisados verificou-se que a falta de testes de campo e a dependência excessiva de testes de toxicidade direta em laboratório podem limitar a capacidade de interpretar os resultados sob condições realistas de campo.
