Use of social networks as a pedagogical tool in Basic Education: an experience report

Abstract

The use of social networks in education was reinforced by the particularity of the context created by the COVID-19 pandemic, and these tools contribute to the engagement and interaction of students, as well as facilitating communication between teacher and student. From this perspective, this work aims to report the experience of using social networks as pedagogical tools; present the advantages and difficulties of working with social networks in basic education and point out social networks as a space for communication, interaction and training. With this in mind, a brief review of the theme was carried out first, followed by a discussion of an experience report on the use of social networks in an educational path. It is concluded that social networks proved to be an important didactic and pedagogical resource in basic education, constituting a space for interdisciplinary training and skills development.

Specialist in OBSTETRICS, PUBLIC HEALTH AND ESF, she would work publicly in the municipality of Euclides da Cunha-BA on unpaid leave, currently she is linked as a MATTERNITY NURSING REFERENCE PROFESSOR JOSE MARIA DE MAGALHÃES NETO. André Santos Landim, Universidade Estadual do Piauí

Master's student in Health and Biological Sciences at the Federal University of Vale do São Francisco - UNIVASF. Graduated in Full Degree in Biological Sciences at the State University of Piauí - UESPI. He holds the position of Municipal Secretary for the Environment of São Raimundo Nonato - PI, where he was awarded the Environmental Seal Level B in 2018 and Level A in 2019, 2020 and 2021, through a public notice issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment and Water Resources of Piauí - BREATHLESS. He served as a substitute professor at the State University of Piauí-UESPI for 40 hours. He worked as a teacher trainer in the National Program for Teacher Training in Basic Education-PARFOR / UESPI. He has experience in the field of Ethnozoology and Genetics with an emphasis on Community Genetics research. He is currently Professor of Biology in the permanent staff of the Secretary of State for Education of Piauí-SEDUC-PI.

Murilo de Jesus Porto, Universidade Federal da Bahia

Graduated in Nursing from the Faculty of Technology and Sciences Vitória da Conquista-BA (2012), postgraduate in Public Health with Emphasis in Family Health Strategy (2012), postgraduate in health auditing and also in occupational health nursing from UNIBF (2021). He worked as an Assistant Nurse and Administrative Manager at Associação Casa Lar Terceira Age with an annual contract. He served as a teacher at the Educational Universe School (MUNDI) with a workload of 30 hours in a professional course for Occupational Safety Technicians, Radiology Technicians and Nursing Technicians and 20 hours with a preceptorship of Supervised Internship in a Hospital network in the Medical Clinic, Pediatric Clinic and Emergency Room, worked as a teacher and internship supervisor (Hospital Network and Primary Health Care) at ISAC school and Colégio Politécnico Florence, worked as a nurse in the work area at Consultoria Argolo with activities of executions in periodic examinations aimed at occupational health and continuing education in the area of ​​worker safety. Participated in the research project Deficiency in the integration of actions to control Tuberculosis and Leprosy in the Health Care Network of the Municipality of Vitória da Conquista, carried out by the Municipal Health Department in partnership with the Federal University of Ceará in 2013. Master of Science Pharmaceuticals from the State University of Bahia - UNEB with a line of research in the area of ​​toxicology, Doctoral candidate in pharmacy at the Federal University of Bahia -UFBA with the same line of research as the master's. He served in postgraduate higher education at Estácio de Sá University in Salvador -Bahia with the disciplines of Epidemiology and information systems in health and Epidemiology and health programs. Conducted the course The Good Clinical Practice (GCP) course is designed to prepare research staff in the conduct of clinical trials with human participants, there are 12 modules included in the course are based on ICH GCP Principles and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) for clinical research trials in the US, certified by NDAT CTN Training. He works as a level II professor at Universidade Paulista - UNIP in the higher nursing course. He works as a nurse in urgency, emergency and PHC at Vittasaúde company, with removal and transport of patients at all levels of health. Validation: CR104R2, periodicals focused on health topics in the general context.
