Avances en la caracterización bioquímica de las lipasas microbianas: una revisión

Resumen

Las lipasas son catalizadores que tienen un gran potencial para aplicaciones industriales (recientes o consolidadas) que incluyen alimentos, productos farmacéuticos, cuero, biorremediación de aceites y grasas y producción de biodiesel. En este contexto, las lipasas microbianas tienen características atractivas y se destacan como la principal fuente de estas enzimas. Entre los microorganismos más prometedores, es posible señalar a los hongos filamentosos como excelentes productores de lipasas, ya que se han realizado muchos estudios sobre estas lipasas y sus características. Teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de identificar posibles tendencias y lagunas en los estudios sobre las características bioquímicas de las lipasas producidas por hongos filamentosos, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo contribuir al conocimiento a través de una revisión bibliográfica sobre la caracterización bioquímica de las lipasas producidas por los géneros Aspergillus, Penicillium y Trichoderma con el objetivo ser utilizado como una fuente integral de información para investigadores en el campo. Las bases de datos de Web of Science, ScienceDirect y Google Scholar se utilizaron como fuente de investigación, buscando artículos originales publicados desde 2010 hasta la actualidad, en inglés o portugués y con las palabras clave definidas en línea con el tema principal. de este estudio y posibles áreas relacionadas. Los resultados encontrados indican que el género Aspergillus es el más estudiado en el trabajo de caracterización bioquímica de lipasas y que posiblemente existe una brecha en la investigación para la caracterización bioquímica de lipasas producidas por el género Trichoderma y las lipasas intracelulares, lo que indica un nicho de investigación con potencial para ser explorado Las áreas de aplicación de las lipasas caracterizadas más frecuentemente citadas por los autores de los estudios analizados son la formulación de detergentes, la producción de biocombustibles y la bioremediación / tratamiento de efluentes industriales, lo que indica que estas áreas pueden ser priorizadas en futuras investigaciones. Se concluye que a pesar de que la revisión sistemática de la literatura realizada proporciona una variedad de conocimientos útiles para los investigadores, es necesario tener precaución, ya que los resultados encontrados pueden no tener en cuenta los artículos que no están indexados en las bases de datos consultadas.
