Construction of a Situational Diagnosis in the warehouse of a Health Center

Objective: To report the experience of nursing academics in the construction of an organofunctional diagnosis of the warehouse of a health center. Method: This is a descriptive study, with qualitative approach, of the type of experience report, conducted during the practical classes of the curricular component “Management and Management of Health Services and Nursing”, degree in nursing, from a University in the State of Pará. Results and Discussions: The importance of the management process and the quality of services for the continuous improvement and optimization of results was highlighted. Where it is necessary to map and identify the processes carried out, in order to search for possible non-conformities, to carry out continuous analyzes, to use methodologies, in order to carry out the changes in a controlled and strategic manner, seeking the solution of the problems encountered. Conclusion: Therefore, with the construction of the diagnosis, it was possible to know the demands of the service and the importance of quality management for the good functioning of the sector, helping in the teaching and learning process of academics.
