La eficiencia y seguridad en la implementación de protocolos de ejercicio físico como tratamiento no farmacológico para pacientes renales crónicos en hemodiálisis y las dificultades de implementación en la práctica clínica: una revisión integradora

Resumen

La enfermedad renal crónica (ERC) es una lesión renal progresiva con una tasa de filtración glomerular disminuida durante más de tres meses. Su progresión se denomina insuficiencia renal crónica terminal. En esta etapa, los pacientes están indicados para terapia de reemplazo renal (TRS) o trasplante de riñón. La ERC se relaciona con anemia, estado inflamatorio crónico, hipertensión, diabetes, uremia crónica. El papel antiinflamatorio del ejercicio físico está estrechamente relacionado con la disminución de la progresión de la ERC y también con el pronóstico de los pacientes. Este estudio tiene como objetivo establecer los efectos y la seguridad del ejercicio físico regular en el pronóstico de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica. Se trata de una revisión integradora que utilizó la consulta en las bases de datos electrónicas SCIELO, PUBMED y LILACS, en septiembre de 2021, utilizando los siguientes criterios previos: fecha de publicación entre enero de 2016 y septiembre de 2021; Idioma Inglés; Se deben seleccionar descriptores incluidos en el título y / o resumen: ejercicio (ejercicio), hemodiálisis (hemodiálisis) y enfermedad renal crónica (enfermedad renal crónica), texto libre y solo ensayos clínicos aleatorizados. Los resultados mostraron una mejora significativa en los biomarcadores inflamatorios, Kt / V, fuerza muscular, reserva cardiorrespiratoria, patrón de sueño y comportamientos. Con base en los resultados de este estudio, el programa de EF intradialítica demostró ser eficiente y factible. Incluso el ejercicio de baja intensidad, incluso de forma pasiva, tuvo un impacto positivo en la calidad de vida y la salud de estas personas.
