Relación entre estrés y dolor musculoesquelético en teletrabajadores durante la pandemia de Covid-19: una revisión integradora

Resumen

Objetivo: Investigar la relación del estrés y el dolor musculoesquelético, así como la prevalencia, en teletrabajadores durante la pandemia de Covid-19. Metodología: Este estudio es una revisión integradora. La investigación se llevó a cabo entre diciembre de 2021 y febrero de 2022, donde se utilizaron las bases de datos Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo y Cochrane, utilizando palabras clave como musculoskeletal pain, pandemia, home office, stress and muscle tension y sus respectivos términos en inglés musculoesquelético, pandemia, hogar. Oficina, estrés y tensión muscular. Sólo se seleccionaron estudios transversales. Resultado: Después de la búsqueda inicial en las bases de datos, se encontraron 15 artículos para este estudio en total, donde solo se incluyeron 5 artículos para esta muestra de investigación. Conclusión: Si bien el home office es una modalidad adoptada por empresas y trabajadores durante la pandemia, son necesarios estudios para desarrollar medidas con el fin de optimizar y adecuar el hogar como un ambiente de trabajo saludable para estos trabajadores.
