Distribución de subpoblaciones de linfocitos de cabras experimentalmente infectadas con linajes silvestres VD57 y T1 atenuado de Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis en respuesta a antígenos secretos (TPP y MQD) del linaje atenuado

Resumen

La linfadenitis caseosa es una enfermedad infecciosa crónica de los pequeños rumiantes, caprinos y ovinos, que provoca grandes pérdidas económicas, caracterizada por la formación de granulomas subcutáneos y en órganos internos cuyo agente etiológico es Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis, bacilo gram-positivo, patógeno intracelular facultativo de fagocitos. relacionado filogenéticamente con Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar "in vitro" los fenotipos de subpoblaciones de células del linaje de leucocitos de sangre periférica de cabras experimentalmente infectadas con las cepas T1 y VD57 de Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis, siendo las células estimuladas con antígenos secretados/excretados de la cepa T1 utilizando como herramienta la técnica de citometría de flujo. La expresión de células CD4 es mayor en animales infectados con el linaje VD57 bajo estímulos antigénicos tanto TPP como MQD. La expresión de células marcadas con CD8 es mayor en el grupo de animales infectados con el linaje T1 para ambos estímulos con expresión creciente en el tiempo. Para el marcador CD21 hubo mayor expresión en el grupo de animales infectados con el linaje T1, sin embargo, en el grupo de animales infectados con el linaje VD57 hubo expresión significativa a los 60 días de la infección. No hubo diferencia en el índice de proliferación de las células TCRgd bajo el estímulo de los dos antígenos en el grupo infectado con T1, mientras que en el grupo infectado con el linaje VD57, el antígeno TPP tuvo un mayor índice de proliferación a los 60 días de infección. Se puede observar que hubo diferencias en la expresión del fenotipo celular en células de sangre periférica de los animales infectados con las cepas T1 y VD57 y estimulados con los antígenos secretados TPP y MQD, sin embargo, el antígeno TPP demostró ser el mayor inductor de proliferación celular. Ambas cepas demostraron índices significativos en la proliferación celular.
