Percepciones sobre las intervenciones de crisis de salud mental de niños y adolescentes: un protocolo de revisión sistemática cualitativa

Resumen

Introducción: muchos problemas de salud mental comienzan en la niñez y la adolescencia y esta enfermedad puede impactar en la edad adulta. Considerando también que los momentos de crisis exigen una adecuada gestión para que la situación no empeore, es necesario comprender cómo se vienen dando los actores involucrados en la atención a la salud mental del niño y del adolescente. Esta revisión estará guiada por la pregunta de investigación: “¿cuáles son las percepciones de los profesionales de salud mental, familiares y usuarios sobre las intervenciones en crisis de salud mental de niños y adolescentes en hospitales y servicios comunitarios de salud mental?”. Objetivo: identificar y sintetizar la evidencia cualitativa disponible sobre las percepciones que tienen los profesionales de salud mental, familiares y usuarios sobre las intervenciones en la crisis de salud mental de niños y adolescentes. Metodología: esta revisión seguirá las pautas metodológicas del JBI. La búsqueda se realizará en siete bases de datos y literatura gris. El estudio no tiene limitación de tiempo. Dos revisores independientes seleccionarán y extraerán los datos. En caso de divergencia, se consultará a un tercer revisor. Consideraciones finales: es necesario comprender cuáles son las percepciones de los actores involucrados sobre el tema para que se realicen recomendaciones de práctica, investigación y política con el fin de promover la mejora en la atención a los niños y adolescentes en el período de crisis.
