Instrumentos para evaluar la carga de trabajo de los enfermeros de familia: Protocolo de revisión de alcance

Resumen

Objetivos: Mapear la evidencia conocida de modo a caracterizar los instrumentos que evalúan la carga de trabajo de las enfermeras de familia. Métodos: Scoping review, guiada por la metodología propuesta por el Joanna Briggs Institute para scoping reviews, consistió en 3 etapas de investigación: 1) investigación inicial en Medline y CINHAL; 2) búsqueda ampliada, utilizando palabras clave y términos de búsqueda, en bases de datos: JBI, CINAHL Complete, MEDLINE, Cochrane y Scopus; 3) Búsqueda en las referencias bibliográficas de los artículos seleccionados. No se define ningún límite de tiempo. Resultados: Con esta revisión de alcance pretendemos presentar un amplio mapeo de estudios que utilizan instrumentos para evaluar la carga de trabajo de los enfermeros de familia. Conclusiones: El mapeo de la evidencia disponible sobre los instrumentos de evaluación de la carga de trabajo de las enfermeras de familia contribuirá a la difusión de la evidencia disponible y el tema permitirá identificar lagunas en la literatura.
