Instrumentos de avaliação da carga de trabalho dos enfermeiros de família: Protocolo de scoping review

Resumo

Objetivo: Mapear a literatura existente de modo a caracterizar os instrumentos que avaliam a carga de trabalho dos enfermeiros de família. Metodologia: Scoping review da literatura, orientada pela metodologia proposta pelo Joanna Briggs Institute, composta por 3 etapas de pesquisa: 1) pesquisa inicial na Medline e CINHAL; 2) pesquisa alargada, utilizando as palavras-chave e termos de pesquisa, nas bases de dados: JBI, CINAHL Complete, MEDLINE, Cochrane e, Scopus; 3) Pesquisa nas referências bibliográficas dos artigos selecionados. Resultados: Com a realização desta scoping review pretendemos apresentar um mapeamento amplo dos estudos, de acordo com os critérios identificados, que utilizem instrumentos de avaliação da CT dos EF. Conclusões: O mapeamento da evidência disponível sobre os instrumentos para avaliar a carga de trabalho dos enfermeiros de família contribuirá para a disseminação da evidência disponível sobre o tema e permitirá identificar lacunas na literatura.
