El uso de herramientas de calidad en el desarrollo de un proyecto terapéutico psicomotor único para niños con autismo: Una revisión sistemática

Resumen

En un escenario global en el que el Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) es un imperativo clínico y social que requiere nuevas estrategias de intervenciones terapéuticas para niños, la psicomotricidad se destaca como un aliado importante para promover el desarrollo motor y mejorar la comunicación y la interacción social. Sin embargo, los estudios muestran la falta de herramientas deterministas en el desarrollo del Proyecto Terapéutico Singular (PTS) durante los tratamientos. Considerando el conocimiento en ingeniería de calidad y el uso de sus herramientas en el campo de la salud, con énfasis en el ciclo PDCA, Análisis Modo y Efecto de Falla (FMEA), Matriz GUT y 5w1h, este estudio tiene como objetivo investigar la intersección entre herramientas de calidad, psicomotricidad y autismo, a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura. Se utilizaron las bases de datos scopus y pubmed para la búsqueda de artículos utilizando las palabras clave “autismo”, “herramientas de calidad”, “psicomotricidad”, entre otras variantes. Los resultados revelan bajos indicadores de publicaciones sobre el tema, principalmente en Brasil, revelando un campo pionero para futuras investigaciones de aplicación en este tema.
