Marcadores ISSR são eficazes para acessar a diversidade genética em germoplasma de trigo (Triticum aestivum)

Resumo

Conhecer a variabilidade genética existente entre cultivares de trigo (Triticum aestivum) é de grande importância para os programas de melhoramento. Desta forma, esse trabalho teve como objetivo utilizar marcadores ISSR para acessar a diversidade genética entre acessos contrastantes de trigo. Para isso, foram avaliados 32 acessos de trigo e um acesso de triticale provenientes do provenientes do Banco Ativo de Germoplasma de Trigo do Instituto de Desenvolvimento Rural do Paraná (IDR-Paraná). A partir de 10 primers de ISSR foram amplificados um total de 66 loci polimórficos com variação média de loci por primer de 6,6. A similaridade genética variou de 0,29 a 0,93, com média de 0,57.  O dendrograma resultante mostrou 4 grupos, no qual observou-se que os genótipos  LD 111202 e LD 111203 apresentaram alto índice de similaridade genética entre si.  A análise bayesiana de agrupamento formou quatro grupos, parcialmente concordantes com o agrupamento hierárquico de UPGMA. Os marcadores ISSR foram capazes de discriminar acessos morfologicamente distintos e similares, além de fornecer informações consistentes sobre a variabilidade genética existente entre os genótipos de trigo que auxiliará nos programas de melhoramento genético.
