Intensidade do treinamento e indicadores de overtraining em judocas

Resumo

Introdução: No judô a preparação do atleta competidor inclui sessões com treinamento técnico específico, treinamento de força com exercício resistido, potência e treinamento de endurance. A alta demanda de treinamento e o tempo limitado para a recuperação pode representar um risco para o surgimento de lesões e desencadear a síndrome do overtraining. Objetivo: Identificar na literatura os métodos e procedimentos adotados para a identificação da intensidade do treinamento e indicadores de overtraining em atletas de judô. Metodologia: Foi realizado uma busca nas bases de dados Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo e Scopus. Foram utilizados como descritores os termos “judo”, “overtraining” e “training intensity monitoring”. Para avaliação da qualidade dos artigos foi utilizado a tabela Delphi. Resultados: Todos os estudos utilizaram-se de análises metabólicas e bioquímicas para identificar os marcadores de overtraining e intensidade dos treinamentos. Três estudos utilizaram ainda a PSE como instrumento de identificação das cargas de treino. Conclusão: A identificação da intensidade excessiva do treinamento bem como a detecção de situação de overtraining em atletas de judô vem sendo realizada por meios de análises bioquímicas e metabólicas.
